Hand-made in Italy by craftsmen using generations-old techniques and tools, our Orto Botanico Dinnerware is a stunning example of European artistry.  The dinner plates and salad plates present a series of hand-painted orchids; their flowers and leaves cascading from the center of the plate onto the scalloped border.  We love the artistic interpretation of each orchid; the unique styling, colors and brush strokes highlight their natural characteristics.  A slightly raised and beaded edge with burgundy background, outlined in a contrasting spring green, surrounds the scalloped border.  Each series has orchids of luminous golden yellow, lavender, raspberry and soft rose tones.  So beautiful, consider displaying a set in your home.  Plates come in sets of 4.
